Acara Solutions is working with our client, a well-branded international banking firm, and seeking an experienced partner for a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist.
Job Title: Senior Digital Analytics Specialist
Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is between $41.00 - 68.00, on experience
Duration: Contract through March 2026
Position Type:40-HR work week
Work Setting: 100% remote in EST or CST
Responsibilities:
- Create fact-based reports, analyze data for the Bank's digital portfolio, and develop methodologies to evaluate digital opportunities.
- Improve reporting efficiency through dashboards and automated processes
- Provide recommendations for acquisition and retention strategies
- Collaborate with business partners to integrate recommendations into strategies.
- Work with Digital Marketing teams to develop measurement strategies, training business partners in analytics, adhering to risk and regulatory standards, and promoting diversity within the Bank.
Job RequirementsRequired Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years marketing, product management, financial, analytics, and/or data management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years marketing, product management, financial, analytics and/or data management experience
- Knowledge of statistical concepts.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Experience compiling and interpreting technical information.
- Experience presenting to a non-technical audience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Masters degree is preferred
