Summary - The Digital Designer supports the in-house digital production team within the Creative Team to execute and deliver high quality assets across a global brand.
- This is a Representative focused role, so the digital assets will be B2B style.
About the Role - The Senior Digital Designer supports the online team and cross-functional departments in developing elevated, on-brand, digital designs and experiences on Avon.com.
- This is an extremely collaborative position in a fast-paced business that requires a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and empathy.
Roles & Responsibilities - Design and develop creatives for bi-weekly site refreshes, promotional banners, landing page experiences and social media
- Design intuitive UX solutions for shopping and representative experiences
- Concept and art direct photography for online exclusive content when needed
- Partner closely with copywriters & content strategists to brainstorm and ideate concepts
- Develop and maintain design standards and templates in Creative Cloud library
- Manage multiple projects in various stages of production to ensure all timelines are met
- Execute best practices in user-centric design for desktop, mobile, email and social media
- Understanding of relevant beauty, fashion and design trends and how they relate to the business
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of design, e-commerce and/or related experience.
- B2B experience a plus.
- Must present an online portfolio that shows composition and layout design with strong typography and high-end photography
- Deep expertise using Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Experience in designing wireframes, flows and visual prototypes using Figma or other UX platforms
- Collaborative and open-minded working style
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills
