Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our growing Client Prospecting digital product management team. This role leads the digital product strategy and delivery for a portfolio of marketing experiences used by consumers and agents. It's ideal for someone who enjoys developing not just the product itself, but its full story − and inspiring teams, stakeholders, and leaders around its purpose.
You will join a team which is at the forefront of New York Life's evolution to providing more innovative consumer and agent/advisor experiences. Our digital products are leaning into the power of human guidance and improving our customer's financial wellness and peace of mind, while enabling our agents to grow their small businesses.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $130,000 - $162,500
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
