In this position, you will be an individual contributor leading the day-to-day efforts of our websites, DTC Stores, and digital platform tools such as a DAM and CMS. You will also manage or support projects in key areas such as search engine optimization and marketing; e-newsletter development/execution; social media for assigned brands/channels. You will interface directly with internal and external teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of projects.You'll be part of a core team tasked with the development and execution of the Water Filtration Commerce roadmap and playbook implementing best in class digital shelf content, expansion of online assortments and testing of lower, mid, and upper-funnel campaigns to optimize promotional spend budgets to drive profitable growth. You'll lead in educating cross-functional teams on eCommerce and digital best practices and partner with the brand and creative teams in the development and curation of content and messaging to support digital shelf excellence and leverage internal digital and data management teams to develop new solutions and processes for go-to-market channels.Position location - This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of North Olmstead, OH. Onsite days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. YOUR ROLE:
  • Function as a Product Owner for various digital applications and products
  • Create and implement the go-to-market strategies and implementation plans for assigned websites, including user experiences and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage search engine optimization updates to continue to drive visibility and traffic.
  • Manage Content Management System maintenance and ongoing enhancements.
  • Overseeing the strategy, planning, design and content of advertising campaigns to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience(s) and goals.
  • Participation in the Development and Execution of roadmap and playbook
  • Management of eCommerce Retailer and Marketplace Programs for multiple brands and products
  • Enhancement of Digital Shelf content (Title, A+ Content, Bullets, images, video)
  • Analysis and improvement of Ratings and Reviews.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with Data Management and Digital teams to design and test next gen internal PIM/content management systems for content syndication.
  • Explore partnerships with relevant influencers and affiliates to identify opportunities for co-marketing and cross-promotion.
  • Ongoing analysis & evaluation of user engagement, conversions, assortment and pricing strategies against competitive brands
  • Monitor brand presentation by 3ps
  • Partner with cross-functional entities in support of digital and eCommere initiatives like Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence and more
  • Additional responsibilities as programs scale and grow
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of eCommerce and Digital Marketing technologies and tactics.
  • Proven success developing, executing, and maintaining Direct and/or eCommerce brand and digital shelf strategies
  • Analytical abilities coupled with highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising or Communications, preferred.
  • 5-7 of proven Digital Marketing experience either in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Previous experience with DAM, CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation platforms, preferred.
  • Experience working with direct commerce, e-commerce, omnichannel, website, email, social, lead gen/lead nurture activities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex projects in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Solid communication, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify+, WooCommerce and other similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and process-based environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in industry leading analytical tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Profitero, Hotjar, SEMRush...etc.
