Senior Leader with exceptional business acumen and knowledge of DOD Programs is needed to take on the responsibilities of The Senior Director, C4ISR Business Segment Lead for a multi-functional organization.This organization is the leading provider of high-performance products and system solutions focusing on the defense, homeland security, commercial aviation, and medical instrumentation markets.The SDBS will be responsible to plan, direct and control program execution, customer relationships, profit and loss, performance objectives and market growth strategies. This position will have 5 direct reports within the program management and business development team.Specific responsibilities will be to create a Strategic Plan to meet growth expectations, manage profit and loss to expand market share, overall Program Management and Organizational Development.Location: Dallas/Ft. Worth, TexasCompensation: $200 - $220k30% Target bonus, 401k company matches 50 percent up to 10%, company adds an additional 3% each year into the 401K after 1 year of service.
