Cognizant Consulting is the Cognizant business analytical and advisory group that drives Cognizant's digital innovation and transformation strategy.Responsibilities Serve as a Consulting Leader, bringing your areas of domain expertise to Cognizant's clients.Own and develop a book of business and actively engage in business development efforts, ensuring profitable growth.Exercise quality assurance for engagements within your remit.Engage in key account expansion and internal executive stakeholder partnering.Establish and nurture relationships with cross-functional client executives.Leverage industry expertise to propose refinements of Cognizant's Advisory Capabilities.Support and develop a long-term vision for the practice.Work with others to standardize consulting tools and methods.Partner with recruitment to attract high caliber consulting talent.Mentor and coach consulting associates; lead people development activities.Author thought leadership insights on behalf of the practice.Participate in industry panels and forums to promote Cognizant's capabilities.Lead in the creation of robust IP repositories to enhance practice effectiveness. Basic Qualifications: Min 15 years' experience in business development.Demonstrated depth of experience in Life Sciences domain.Ability to travel as required.Extensive management consulting leadership experience.A successful track record in achieving engagement targets and managing budgets.Robust network of contacts in professional organizations.International experience supporting global initiatives is a plus.Experience in building high-performing consulting teams.Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes.
