Job Summary: As ADM embarks on our global network and voice transformations, we are seeking a Director of Network Services that will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our network, mobility and voice infrastructures. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our network and voice services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network & voice management, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the Network Services team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • P&L Accountability: Have overall accountability of network, mobility and voice budget of $64M annually.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for network infrastructure that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Network, Mobility & Voice Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, mobility and voice systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, PBX and wireless networks.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and network integrity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor network and voice performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Implement performance metrics and reporting systems.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with network service providers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for network and voice services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of network and voice failures or other disruptions.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in network services.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in network and voice management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of network & voice infrastructure, protocols, and security.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
