Somatus Senior Director of Analytics
Location: McLean, Virginia (Telecommuting Permissible within the Washington, DC metropolitan area)
We are seeking a Senior Director of Analytics to develop a comprehensive analytics strategy for the organization that focuses on enabling and delivering impact across Somatus' key goals and objectives. The successful candidate will:
Collaborate with Somatus' clinical and operational leadership to implement solutions to address key challenges through data and analytics.Develop a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.Manage and develop a high-performing team of analytic professionals, including managers, analysts, and data engineers capable of generating deep and impactful data-driven insights.Provide business insight into areas of success and opportunities, translating key underlying drivers of business performance for operators and executive leadership.Develop and deliver ad-hoc and standardized analyses and reports.Partner with our RenalIQ Insights business intelligence team to create impactful analytics.Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Data Analysis or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position in data-driven healthcare. Also requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following:
Data Transformation, Manipulation, Validation and Organization of raw datasets using advanced SQL on database management platforms such as SSMS, Azure Data Studios and advanced MS-Excel;Using JIRA platform to track releases and manage requirements;Creating and designing BI solutions and dashboards to visualize data using Power BI and R-Studios;Designing and creating BI artifacts to track staff performance metrics and several other internal KPIs for operational reporting;Designing and creating tables, views and stored procedures on SQL to manage frequently utilized data objects.To apply, send your resume with a cover letter to Somatus, Inc., Attention: S.
