We are looking for a Senior Director of LHCSA for our LHCSA team.This is a hybrid role with a partial commute into our main office in New York.Department & Position Overview:The Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) business unit of FreedomCare focuses on providing skilled home health services. The Senior Director for LHCSA will continuously refine and enhance our training, technology, and innovative approaches to elevate customer service, support, and operational efficiency.As the Director of LHCSA, you will embody an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, committed to perpetual improvement. You will oversee business operations, develop strategic initiatives, manage growth, and focus on delivering an exceptional user experience. This role requires a blend of healthcare expertise, business acumen, and a compassionate approach. You will lead the development of strategies to expand programs, enhance services, and drive organizational growth. Every Day You Will:
- Responsible for the overall operations, quality and growth of the LHCSA organization
- Achievement of annual assigned gross profit goals through retention of assigned clients and achievement of financial goals
- Plan, organize, direct, evaluate operations to ensure the provision of adequate care and services
- Discover and lead business development initiatives to expand LHCSA operations across NY, including but not limited to expanding license coverage through application, acquisitions, and launching a training school/program
- Ensure successful system integration by maximizing internal referrals from other FreedomCare programs
- Oversee the staffing of home health aides in a thoughtful approach to ensure the right fit between home health aide and patient in their home
- Develop metrics and a quality control system to understand and continually improve the experiences of both the patients and home health aides
- Oversee the nursing arm of the LHCSA (i.e. Managing the Director of Patient Services who oversees nursing staff)
- Partner with the Director of Patient Services (DPS) as a strategic thought partner regarding nursing care for patients, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve quality of care
- Seek and incorporate feedback from field nurses, operations staff, aides, and patients
- Oversee the necessary compliance aspects of operating a LHCSA, including records of training and certifications for staff, and compliance with New York state laws and regulations
- Create processes and policies that support our staff doing great work, looking for ways to simplify and streamline, incorporating feedback from all levels to continually improve
- Ensures compliance under the New York State Department of Health Regulations

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- 8-10+ years of experience in operations (healthcare, business, customer experience are all interesting areas of past experience)
- 2+ years of Home Health Agency experience preferred
- Prior experience as a LHCSA Administrator required
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, developing strategy and yielding tangible results
- Experience in a leadership role managing a team
- Passion for improving home care and for leveraging technology to improve lives
- Ability to utilize technology to advance company directives
- Energized by ambitious goals and working in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills: you're able to bring people along, inspire them, ask tough questions, and hold people accountable

This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.Salary Range$160,000-$200,000 USD
