Learn more at experianplc.comAs Sr. Director of Marketing, you'll oversee the evolution, management, and execution of the Experian Marketing Services brands in-market. You'll work with the wider Marketing team and Chief Marketing Officer to develop the overarching marketing strategy. You will define a cohesive marketing experience and create high-quality interactions with the business from planning digital campaigns to the website, sales collateral, and events.You should know how to make a big statement, understand the ad/fin tech space and are passionate about providing a unique and engaging experience for our customers, regardless of the medium, and excel at the small touches and how each interaction plays into the overarching strategy and experience. You will lead a variety of high-visibility marketing projects to increase brand awareness and equity of Experian Marketing Services.This role is remote, and you will report to the SVP of Product Marketing.Coordinate with internal marketing functions, external agencies, and important partners in sales, product, and communications to mobilize the execution of marketing programs with speed and efficiencyCollaborate with and motivate a team of designers, event planners and supporting agenciesBrandLead the creation and application of brand guidelinesImplement internal marketing/change management to support adoption of brand standardsShape visual brand and explore new ways to enhance the brandCreate, produce, and maintain the branding for all web and print materials including website, sales materials (i.e. - presentations, infographics, one-sheets, flyers), email, and social mediaEventsOversee the execution of a range of events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, roadshows, executive briefings, virtual events, and internal kickoffsWork with legal to negotiate venue/vendor contracts with the most favorable termsOverall responsibility for event specific budgets, coordinating all procurement and invoicing activitiesCollaborate with the sales teams and several leaders and executives to ensure that all events are successful and that all prospects and clients are receiving an on-brand, best-in-industry experienceCollaborate with the demand generation team to guarantee a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and buyer enablementQualifications8+ years leading several marketing strategies and implementation5+ years managing or driving influence in a matrixed teamExperience in creative direction, graphic design, branding, marketing, strategy, or related fieldPrevious responsibility for building, implementing, and governing brand guidelinesPrevious leadership experience planning and producing corporate events and conferencesDemonstrated linkage and tracking of branding and event efforts to an organization's broader strategy and growth planBenefits/Perks:Great compensation package and bonus planCore benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401KFlexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-officeFlexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
