As a Senior Director of Operations, you will oversee the success and operational excellence of multiple regions, ensuring high standards in car wash quality, customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance. We're growing quickly at Mammoth Holdings, and acquisitions factor heavily into doing so - which means that a variety of brands (each with their own unique standards) have to be unified into a singular approach of best practices. No other position at Mammoth plays a bigger role in that process. You'll lead and partner with regional and site leaders to optimize operations, coach teams, and implement key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency across your territory. LOCATION AND HOURS This is a full-time role that requires frequent travel across multiple regions within the assigned territory. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and requires flexibility to accommodate varying operational needs. You will work closely with Directors of Operations, Learning Center Managers, and site-level leaders to implement strategies and ensure the success of your locations.
