About the Role

100% and complete oversight of cost of warehouse operations and tech support after service support.

Cost control, development of long term sr partnerships at the highest levels within the firm. This region will ultimately rely on you and as the next VP report to you!

Responsibilities

• Succession Planning to be the next Vice President of Operational Excellence
• Each entity had a GM that had a PL (cost center mgmt not top line sales), now they have a global BU in Europe and China – direct operational resp
• Fully responsible for the cost of each warehouse operations and tech support after service (fast moving products, processing finished goods)
• Dealing with high customer expectations and able to work with time zone differences
• Responsible for strict cost control
• Very major customers in the US and from China – operational excellence is important to manage this for North America as part of the global team
• HUGE resources in China
• A completed 4 yr degree is mandatory for consideration
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Partial Manufacturing bkgrnd preferred
• HR leadership – legally and operationally responsible
• Sales is driven by hubs outside of China and lies within the global group
• Leading 15 – 20 people

Qualifications:

• Must be local or want to relocate to Shannon MS
• Bachelors completed degree required
• 7-10 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Partial Manufacturing background preferred and highly experienced

Pay range and compensation package

$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 base + Sign on + Annual Bonus % + PTO + Benefits
