Qualifications you'll bring:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred but not required.

* At least 10 years of experience in a high-performing, diverse team environment, preferably in healthcare

* Proven track record in large, cross-functional projects and programs.

* Proficiency with Microsoft digital tools and technology stacks.

* Minimum of 5 years in management roles, with a preference for those who have led process optimization and business transformation initiatives.

* Certifications in process management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and project management (PMP) are advantageous.

* Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration abilities.

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing both teams and projects.

* Ability to prioritize effectively, navigating through dependencies and identifying high-value opportunities.

* In-depth knowledge and implementation skills for new and emerging technologies.

* A continuous drive for innovation and improvement.

* Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to internal and external stakeholders.

* A growth mindset with experience in developing adoption and onboarding plans.

Your key responsibilities:

* Assume direct reporting responsibility for functions like enrollment, billing. Or serve as a key consulting partner for functions like coordination of benefits, and recoveries through transitions.

* Implement specified plans with a modern approach.

* Ensure correct workflows are implemented and metrics are defined.

* Provide tactical change management to support evolution under our transformation and back-office framework.

* Manage the portfolio of projects and efforts underway with Operations.

* Oversee digital and business-related workplans that require completion.

* Serve as the Operational Excellence committee lead for Operations.

* Evaluate talent in existing functions to determine if they are the right fit for implementing changes and ensuring operational success.

* Work with Value Stream owners or leads to support process redesign, recommend and advise on skills development while advancing a digital mindset.

* Serve as a key member of the Operations senior management team

* Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
