How you'll make an impact
An outbound product leader at Spotnana is a strategic visionary responsible for driving the product's market presence and growth. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop go-to-market strategies, and craft compelling product narratives working closely with our Go to Market team. By leveraging market insights and user feedback, the leader ensures that Spotnana's offerings resonate with target audiences, enhance user experiences, and align with the company's overarching goals. They are adept at balancing innovation with practicality, guiding the product development lifecycle while effectively communicating the value proposition to stakeholders and customers alike. This role also very closely works with our internal teams to communicate our product roadmap, share insights and capture feedback to make Spotnana better.
What you'll own
* Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning working closely with the GTM team.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on product vision and roadmap.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure product-market fit. Also, share our roadmap with our customers and partners.
* Product Positioning: Create and refine product narratives that effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
* Sales and CS Enablement: Provide sales teams with training, tools, and resources to effectively sell the product.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders about product updates and market insights.
* User Experience Advocacy: Advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance overall product usability and satisfaction.
Experience to bring with you
* 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related fields within the travel or technology sectors.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
* Strong background in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies.
* Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive product initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and ensure market fit.
* Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.
* Familiarity with sales processes and experience in creating enablement materials for sales teams.
* Proficiency in using analytics tools to track product performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
* Willing and able to work in an open office environment in Palo Alto or New York City in a hybrid structure. This role is not remote-eligible.

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position's compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $225,000 - $245,000
