Overview:

Are you a strategic thinker who is passionate about blending the forefront of culture, activations, wellness and brand experiences? We're looking for a Senior Director of Partnerships & Experiential Marketing to spearhead partnerships, collaborations, and events.

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning the brand to culturally relevant moments and expanding our audience by leveraging external platforms and partner networks. The ideal candidate is a self starter, culturally plugged in, and excels at maximizing impact while managing budgets. You have a strong network of potential partners and a proven track record of orchestrating high-impact collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual partnerships and experiential marketing strategy that align with overall brand/marketing objectives and key drive periods
  • Identify, negotiate and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations across sectors. Oversee all aspects including planning, relationship building and execution.
  • Create hype with one-of-kind collaborations that push the boundaries, speak to our audience and are media worthy
  • Manage co-branded initiatives and cross promotions across platforms, including social, digital, experiential and retail
  • Create impactful partnership pitch decks (evergreen and customized) with a compelling and strategic narrative
  • Lead all brand activations, pop ups, festivals, community events and experiences
  • Oversee all event and experiential activations including concepting, planning, contract negotiations, execution and post event reporting
  • Identify and collaborate with fitness and wellness studios and clubs in key regions
  • Identify and collaborate with key college campuses/sororities/student organizations
  • Identify and activate microevents during key tentpole moments, executing around the perimeter of major events (i.e. Coachella, Stagecoach, NYFW, SXSW, etc)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and venues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership and event efforts into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Collaborate with PR & Communications to elevate all collaboration efforts
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership and event performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage partnership and event budgets, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective while delivering maximum brand impact.
  • Stay ahead of trends in event marketing and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor a team of events and partnership professionals, driving collaboration and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, and/or partnerships - preferably in the CPG or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful and strategic brand partnerships that drive visibility and ROI
  • Strong network of industry contacts, including venues, influencers, and event partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized - ability to oversee multiple activations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative brand experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the success of experiential efforts and inform future strategies.
