As the Senior Director, People Analytics and Systems, you will lead, design, build, implement and manage Cision's people analytics program and people systems including our ATS, HRIS, and LMS. While reporting to the VP, Global Head of People Operations, you will be a strategic partner to theGlobal Chief People Officer and People Leadership team to deliver on key projects and initiatives. You will identify key areas of opportunity to improve reporting and processes and implement changes that positively impact the People Team and Cision worldwide.
What you'll do- Own the socialization and promotion of the People Data program by providing insights to educate and improve the way Cision's leadership leverages our people data, positively impacting their org design and performance efficiencies.
- Lead a People Analytics team to develop and maintain a people data reporting cadence that aligns to Cision's business goals and supports leaders to make informed and strategic decisions.
- Manage and design dashboards and visualizations to help interpret people data in effective and meaningful ways and present insights to Cision's Executive Leadership Team.
- Analyze internal and market data to draw insights and themes and provide actionable recommendations to help drive decision making at the executive level.
- Guide the team to proactively identify gaps and challenges with our people data and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement processes for the People Analytics team to intake, prioritize, and track reporting requests ensuring accurate and timely delivery with a high lens on efficiency and minimal duplication of work.
- Partner effectively with but not limited to: VP, Global Head of Compensation & Benefits to support ad hoc reporting needs and our annual merit cycle; VP, Global Head of People Experience & Inclusion to implement and maintain impactful DEI reporting in support of inclusive programming; and Finance and Revenue Operations teams.
- Own a multi-year people technology roadmap to harmonize and simplify the employee experience and leverage technology to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure people system data inputs and outputs are in support of reporting with a high lens on data integrity as well as influence people processes in support of valuable reporting.
- Ensure data and system compliance with GDPR and all in-scope security & compliance controls as well as lead global compliance reporting.
- Supervise configuration, implementations, and day-to-day management of the People tech stack and team.
- Mentor and professionally develop junior team members.
What you have- Minimum of 8 years of experience within HR and data analytics (ideally People Analytics).
- Solid understanding of HR programs and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong practical application skills within Excel. Other reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across functions and levels within an organization.
$160,000 - $200,000 a yearFor individuals based in New York, Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation base range of $160,000-$200,000 is specific to New York, however base pay may vary depending on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill sets, training, licensure, and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, well-qualified candidates may receive incentives outside of base pay, including an annual performance bonus. All offers will include competitive benefits, including healthcare and a 401k plan and company match. This salary range only applies to applicants based in New York.
