Position reports directly to the COO of Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Health. One of the members of the Senior Operations Team (SOT). SOT are key leaders in creating, executing and holding the organization accountable for all strategic initiatives, tactics, and achieving our goals. As an SOT member, this position will attend all SOT meetings, take Administrator On Call (AOC) rotation, perform Senior Leader Rounding and other SOT responsibilities.Provides leadership to key initiatives including, 1) Clinical Service Line Integration with DH 2) Provider Productivity Optimization 3) Organizational Excellence (LEAP) strategic goal setting, tracking, reporting 4) Oversight of all Provider operations, excluding Primary Care, Oncology, Lab and Radiology 5) Support ED and all Acute operations along with the Nurse Leaders.Directs all administrative and management activities for Ambulatory Services including physician and associate provider services, excluding Primary Care, Oncology, laboratory services, pharmacy and radiology. Leads planning for the development of physician and associate provider services.Responsibility for ambulatory services performance, service levels, and practice efficiency and efficacy.
Master's Degree with 10 years of experience in health care administration, preferably in multispeciality group practice and integrated delivery systems or equivalent in education and experience preferred. Ability to relate to and deal effectively with physicians, administrators, support staff, and general public with a high degree of tact and discretion. Strong data analystics to support strategic decisions and execution. Excellent oral and written skills. Strong financial background required.
