This role includes managing a team and budget, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision, and driving transformational initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Salesforce Strategy, Process & Business Planning: Lead within Biomedical Salesforce (BSF) to drive our mission forward.
  • Process Development & Design: Focus on transformational initiatives to enhance our recruitment function.
  • Management of BLINK System: Oversee the print-on-demand system, budget, and usage.
  • Incentive Plans: Design and implement plans that motivate and inspire.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Develop and lead KPIs to measure success.
  • Labor Relations Liaison: Foster strong relationships and collaboration.Collaborative Environment:You will work closely with senior leaders across various functions, including Performance Enablement, Field Engagement & Training, Strategy & Business Planning, Collections Process, Hospital Sales Process, Business Transformation, Business Intelligence, and more. Your role will also involve close collaboration with Donor Services Leaders, including Vice Presidents, RDSEs, and Managers.We need someone who is not just a leader but a visionary. Develop and oversee management of departmental budget and staff, including determining departmental staffing and organizational structure.2. Manage and direct the planning, development, and implementation of a strategy to define and implement business process information technology that supports organizational business plans, goals and strategies including establishing priorities and guidelines.3. Manage and execute strategies directly and indirectly through management and staff.4. Establish metrics, processes and procedures and oversight management models required to ensure optimum service delivery.5. Work with business leaders to create and actualize business process improvement plans, ensuring alignment to the overall plan and that business planning and purpose is considered in all decisions.6. Review program to ensure progress is being accomplished toward overall program objectives and make change recommendations based on business needs.The salary range for this position is $130-160k Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The stated salary range in this posting is an average. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your years of experience, and your education level. We will review specific salary information at the time of interview/offer based upon your location. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Education: Bachelor's degree required. Six Sigma certification or Project Management experience is helpful.Experience: Minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management Experience: 7 years of management experience.Skills & Abilities: Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment. Must demonstrate knowledge of strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management and business systems requirements definition. Sound understanding of the organization's business systems and processes as well as industry-wide requirements. Ability to work on a team.Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences.WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE

      • Prior experience in Donor Recruitment, AP&S experience is also relevant.
      • Expertise in Salesforce will be highly beneficial and desired
      • Additionally, experience with Salesforce, Donor Recruitment and or AP&S may set you apart from other candidates.
      • Experience managing large-scale projects and prior experience in process/holds process certifications such as Six Sigma will prove helpful.Physical RequirementsPhysical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer, applicable software, and office equipment for sustained periods of time.
