Job Description:
Poste Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
  • Lead the development and implementation of Total Rewards programs and processes that align with, support business objectives, and attract/retain top talent.
  • Develop and track the annual operating budget for all benefits, compensation, HR systems, and payroll programs that support our staff. Assessing cost/benefit analysis for program spending and recommending program enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain an organizational structure for the Total Rewards & Operations function within the HR team that supports the needs of the business, contains appropriate talent levels, and is positioned to support a high-touch culture.
  • Design new and/or implement changes to existing end-to-end processes in the areas of Total Rewards, Operations, Compensation Planning, the Annual Compensation Review process, Benefits Administration and Payroll Administration.
  • In partnership with Senior Leadership, improve, develop, and implement incentive programs designed to drive business strategy, growth, and desired behaviors.
Compensation & Benefits
      • Lead Broad-Based Compensation, Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation and Benefit Administration
      • Ensure employee compensation is in line with budget, external benchmarks, and equity standards.
      • Ensure all policies and practices are aligned to support a diverse employee population and inclusive work culture.
      • Lead the annual Compensation Review (ICR) process for the division in partnership with the HRBP teams.
      • Clearly explain HR metrics to measure and monitor the efficacy of Total Rewards programs and adjust programs as needed.
      • Connect with local and global Group HR contacts and C&B vendors to ensure effective management and collaboration.
      • Conduct routine reviews of Total Rewards and Benefit offerings through benchmarking, analysis of various options and leading the team to a unified opinion on the best actions and implementing changes as needed.
      • This role requires partnership with HQ Total Rewards, particularly in matters of equity and executive compensation per required governance.
      • Serves as advisor on compensation matters relating to global talent mobility.
      • Oversee overall expat management process.
      • Leads the development of effective communication and training programs to educate and create awareness of compensation programs with executives, managers, and employees.
HR Operations
      • Lead the HR Operations center of excellence ensuring a high touch approach while maintaining efficiency.
      • Maintain a high-quality operations function, including standardized policies as legally appropriate, standardized processes, appropriate technology, systems and tools and guidelines that are available to all HR team members, well-understood and utilized.
      • Implement policies and procedures that will improve the company's overall competitive edge and employee satisfaction.
      • Oversight of communication to the company to explain new directives, policies, or procedures; for major changes, communicates to senior leaders first to explain changes, answer questions, and gain buy-in.
      • Implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
      • Manage HR systems to ensure a streamlined approach to data management and to explore additional efficiencies.
      • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations/ governing bodies including DOL, FLSA/FMLA, pay equity, pay transparency, SEC compliance, US tax laws, and all Canadian laws that impact Total Rewards
Profil Reports to: SVP HR, LVMH Beauty Division NA Direct all aspects of the Total Rewards practice across LVMH Beauty Division, Business Partner Community (BPC) for North America and Beauty Tech Americas (BT). Beauty Brands in scope include : Parfum Christian Dior (PCD), Guerlain, Acqua di Parma (AdP), Maison Francis Kurkdjian (MFK), LVMH Fragrance Brands = Givenchy + Kenzo (LFB), Stella McCartney, and Fresh Global. Business Partner to senior leadership and member of HR Leadership Team (HRLT) Areas of focus; Workforce Planning, Compensation/Equity, Reporting & Analytics, Benefits, Payroll Administration Support and council leaders & managers at corporate offices and across the field sales teams Oversee daily activities of direct report(s) ensuring equitable/high-touch support across all functions in scope. Work closely with other HR colleagues in the Beauty Division and central on the development and execution of Best Practice, Policies and Procedures, ensuring Group synergies as appropriate This role will have a dual reporting structure to the SVP HR BPC and the CHRO Fresh. Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, workforce planning, payroll, and benefits administration - or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing multiple stake holders preferable in a shared services environment or equivalent.
  • Ability to conceptualize and research new ideas. Detail-minded. Adaptable to change, with highly effective problem-solving skills.
  • Business oriented: quantitative results and KPIs measurement
  • Change management: ability to implement new processes and lead the change.
  • Highly motivated & organized with good time management skills. Strong ability to plan and forecast.
  • Excellent verbal, written & communications.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Ulti-pro and Anaplan preferred, not required
Information additionnelle Additional Key Responsibilities Include: HR Controlling & Analytics
  • Oversee staff costs budget, staffing requisition process.
  • Partner with Corporate Finance and Senior Leaders to establish goals and budgets.
  • Bring a deep understanding of using market data and external trends to develop and report on (as needed) Compensation analytics and people metrics.
  • Lead the annual LVMH reporting processes
  • Manage the creation of analytic dashboards using employee data from the HCM for various reporting requirements.
Fresh Global
  • Build out COE within Fresh HR organization; lead in the creation of policies & procedures to effectively set up and employ.
  • Build & implement formalized process for global staff costs and headcount reporting. Manage & set up reporting of global staff costs analysis.
  • Create system for key HR data collection from global markets, continue work on HR KPI Dashboard, ensuring HR & Leadership use data to support in decision-making.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $200,000-$230,000.
