Join us at The Fedcap Group. as a Senior Donor Database Administrator!Salary: $95,000 to $115,000 per yearWhat You'll DoAs Sr. Donor Database Manager with The Fedcap Group, you'll serve as a leader on the Engagement Team, taking pride in the accuracy of Raiser's Edge data and ensuring that the system is configured to meet both current and future agency-wide development reporting, event registration, and employee engagement. You will maintain, update, and control the corporate donor database and analyze all informational requirements, develop database specifications, and enforce database standards to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all donor data. You're a Raiser's Edge NXT power user who understands system architecture and is highly systems-oriented.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Strategic planning and analysis of data for all donors, board solicitation, and direct mail/email appeals.Utilizing data mining techniques to identify new donor prospects and potential major donors by analyzing engagement trends, giving patterns, and demographic insights.Continuing to develop the established moves management system, refining processes for tracking, reporting, and strategic donor engagement.Monitoring and overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data.Creating queries, exports, and reports, including customized reports as needed.Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures for data entry and reporting are current and that all entries conform to these procedures.Overseeing the quality and integrity of gift/constituent data entry done by other staff members.Acting as the point person for the integration of new agency donor databases into the agency-wide system.Partnering with the Finance Team to provide reports and documentation for financial reconciliation to ensure consistency between the accounting database and Raiser's Edge.Reconciling and closing monthly development financials on time.Overseeing the processing of all donation pledges, including collection of payments.You're a great fit for this role if you have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; or a combination of equivalent experience and education.Proficiency with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce, and other finance/fundraising tracking software as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Several years of relevant experience (ideally 3+) with a successful track record in a large, high-volume, complex, and rapidly changing environment.Thorough understanding of file structures and design, information retrieval techniques, file access methods, and database controls and standards.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, discretion, and professionalism.Ability to work cooperatively with others on a team and strong relationship management skills – including a record of long-term engagement with stakeholders including employees, business partners, donors, and the community.Demonstrated achievement in communicating professionally and effectively with organizational leaders.Excellent organizational skills, ability to work with competing priorities, and consistent attention to detail.Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills including ability to communicate professionally and effectively with organizational leaders.Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.Compensation$95,000 to $115,000Who We AreThe Fedcap Group is a family of companies that provides programs and services that change the lives of people facing barriers to economic and social wellbeing.
