The Role

The eDiscovery Senior Analyst will be working closely with Senior Managers, Managers, Analysts, Legal Review Attorneys, instructing case teams, and clients as needed.

The primary responsibility of Senior eDiscovery Analysts will be executing technical solutions in adherence to best practices, administering the client s in-house discovery platform, and supporting platforms provided by third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Working under the direction of the Senior eDiscovery Manager (and in collaboration with the other eDiscovery Senior Analyst) to identify and understand client needs, assisting with the execution of the recommended technical solutions and supporting with the delivery of an effective solution throughout the life of a matter.

• Processing data (Relativity processing experience is required)
• Ingesting/uploading data into Relativity and
• Running searches across Relativity workspaces
• Creating review batches and coding layouts in Relativity
• Preparing productions and exports from Relativity
• Administering Relativity and supporting end-users

Maintaining project files including preparing file notes, memoranda, minutes of meetings, instructions, tracking materials, and communications with the legal teams and clients as appropriate.

Qualifications, skills and experience

Essential

• Must have 4+ years eDiscovery data processing, loading, search and data analytics practice.
• Deep experience with eDiscovery technology, specifically with Relativity (and RelativityOne), with an emphasis on data processing, data ingestion, database setup, searching and productions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, including effective collaboration with case teams, eDiscovery team, and service providers.

Salary:

The salary range for this role is $100-115k, plus overtime and bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as education, experience, knowledge and skills.
