Our Client is an experienced energy and environmental consulting engineering firm, with knowledge spanning a broad range of public and private sector establishments including health care, education, commercial, and industrial sectors.This agile and intelligent business has positioned itself at the forefront of the built and natural environment, collaborating with an enviable variety of customers to provide the very best advice and consultative services for complex projects within both the public and private sectors.An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Engineer or an established Electrical Engineer to join the established mechanical and electrical engineering team in Leeds, as part of a successful national Building Performance Engineering (BPE) Division.Our client has been providing high-quality M&E Design and Build solutions for over 25 years, enhancing their reputation both locally and nationally to deliver the needs of high-profile customers across the retail and commercial sectors.With an M&E Design Team of circa 20 staff, including a mixture of Junior, Intermediate, and Senior level Engineering expertise, the business is well placed to work on a wide variety of schemes across both the public and private sectors. Live projects are spread throughout the UK with a large number of sites within and around the M25 circle, with other projects spread from Exeter to Aberdeen across the Retail, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, and Residential sectors.With a highly secure workload going into 2022, the company is hoping to secure the services of a technically competent Senior Electrical Design Engineer. This client-facing role is deemed a key hire, delivering complex projects and assisting with the development of junior engineering staff. The company operates industry-standard software; familiarity with packages such as Amtech, Relux, Dialux, IES, and Revit is essential.To be considered for this interesting role, applicants must be able to demonstrate their suitability for a role of such importance, along with the technical capacity to deal with all issues surrounding the detail design of electrical building services systems. A grounded understanding and appreciation of mechanical building services would also be advantageous, as would a strong commercial awareness of general costings and the savings available through energy reduction strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
