Description
The Senior Electrical Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Design, review, and validate panel layouts, schematics, PCB boards, wire run lists using CAD systems and documentation.
- Drive and facilitate product design reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective and scalable solutions.
- Oversee the build, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, including noise and transients, servo systems, and multi-axis controllers.

Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the precision machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of programming (C, C++, or similar languages).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
