Location: Tulsa, OK

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (typically 45-50 hours/week; flexible)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 + Annual Performance Bonus

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing team in Tulsa, OK. This role is integral to designing, developing, and executing electrical systems for industrial applications, including power distribution and E-house manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in electrical engineering, project management, and collaboration while ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical System Design and Development: Develop electrical systems for industrial applications, including creating single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and panel layouts that prioritize performance and safety.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee projects from initial concept through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Validation and Testing: Conduct detailed analysis and testing to meet NEC, IEEE, and UL standards, and support commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaboration and Support: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and manufacturing, to create custom client solutions and streamline integration of electrical components.
  • Mentorship and Innovation: Provide guidance to junior engineers, foster continuous improvement in processes and designs, and stay current with industry advancements to implement cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power distribution and industrial design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Revit
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or intent to pursue one
  • Familiarity with NEC, UL, and IEEE standards
  • Adaptable, self-starter with a proactive approach to challenges
