We have a rich history of providing innovative solutions to clients across various industries, including healthcare, education, and data centers.The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively while liaising with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
  • Proven track record managing large-scale electrical projects ($10M+) in diverse sectors (data centers, healthcare, education, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of project financials: costs, revenue, billings, margins, change orders, and contract negotiations.
  • Expertise in project scheduling, critical path analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients and team members.
  • People Management:
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
  • Skill in identifying and addressing team members' strengths and weaknesses through coaching and training.
  • Experience in creating and managing individual development plans.
  • Effective communication and collaboration between field and office personnel.
  • Process Management:
  • Proficiency in working within established processes and procedures.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a disciplined project management approach.
  • Experience in tracking project progress through regular status updates and reports.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of electrical construction principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoDesk, ConEst, Spectrum).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • Valid Electrical license for jobs over $10 M.
  • 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience successfully managing and delivering single projects exceeding $10M, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical installation processes and best practices.
