Our experts exhibit the technical expertise needed to serve our clients in benefit management, benefit administration, and employee engagement.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will consult on projects involving the design, pricing, funding, implementation, and management of health and group benefits programs including medical, dental, life, disability, and flexible benefits. In this role, you will act as the primary client/project manager and day-to-day communication liaison with clients and create client deliverables. Located in Wexford, PA BPA offers a fun environment, hybrid schedule and potential for development and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior, consistent client management and deliverables for assigned clients by completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects.
  • Work within the client budget established.
  • Maintain primary and/or secondary client contact, as appropriate based on the size of the client and scope of work.
  • Develop program design based on clients' short and long-term objectives.
  • Identify critical items of concern from the client's perspective, e.g., compliance, funding.
  • Utilize internal resources effectively on client projects based on expertise.
  • Effectively develop and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Make sound decisions when faced with unclear situations and can be flexible with changing priorities.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Experience & Education:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with a consulting/brokerage firm, working with mid-size to large size groups, i.e., 100 to 10,000 employees as a benefits account executive/manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and work assignments under aggressive timeframes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet common goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
