Formulates, plans and implements energy efficiency programs per mandated PUCT rules by attracting, expanding and retaining industry stakeholders for program participation. Works with community, industry and local government leaders to promote programs that attract new participants and expand existing program opportunities within the service territory. Responds to program development inquiries by program sponsors and municipal/institutional participants with technical data presentations on the companies' program resources.
Essential FunctionsBachelor's in business, marketing, engineering, or related field in project management or energy management.
ExperienceRequires a minimum of four years experience in energy utilization, energy efficiency, energy management, project management, marketing, economics, business, or engineering design.
