Leaning into a brand new business unit of theirs, which is their fastest growing area right now. You'll map out where your teams are headed, help your Engineering Managers and top contributors grow, and ensure everyone has what they need to deliver awesome products on time.Compensation and Benefits:
- $250,000-$350,000

- Experience managing managers
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience leading multiple squads is a big plus
- Knowledge or an interest in cybersecurity and its impact on a business
