This company are a global designer and manufacturer of FMCG products supplied worldwide. With multiple manufacturing locations across North America, they are consistently at the forefront of the industry. Now due to an internal promotion they are looking for a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager to take a pivotal role.

You will be responsible for the engineering and maintenance departments with a team of 90 across direct and indirect reports. You will be involved in multiple projects with a large CAPEX spend across the facility, and will be developing and coaching your team. You will be facilitating CI/LEAN improvements across your areas and ownership of the day to day running for the facility.

You will be a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager with a string knowledge of CAPEX projects and CI methods. You will have lead large teams and be looking for a role where you will take ownership of a manufacturing site.

The role:

*Ownership over the engineering and maintenance departments

*Lead and coach a team of 90 over both direct and indirect reports

The Person:

*Degree in an Engineering discipline

*Lead teams across Engineering and Maintenance

*CAPEX projects and CI/Lean knowledge

*Come from a Manufacturing organization
