INTRICON CORE VALUES:CollaborationInnovationVelocityAuthenticityInclusivenessPOSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst will be a key member of the Information Services team championing and implementing business transformation across the Enterprise Application landscape. Responsibilities include delivering superior application support and developing low-code solutions to integrate applications, improve workflows, and modernize existing processes. In this technology-focused role, you should be comfortable working with business process owners and stakeholders at all levels and solving problems with out-of-the-box solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Application Support of SaaS Enterprise SystemsCoordinate and consult with business partners, vendors, and our Managed Service Provider to ensure timely and effective delivery of the following:
  • Define, manage, and rollout implementation of role-based access controls. *
  • Define and manage identity management procedures. *
  • Test and complete implementation of patches and upgrades.
  • Manage ongoing support for current and future applications and systems.
Partners with department team members to cross train and provide backup support as needed.Create Low Code Solutions with Workado and Power PlatformPartner with business owners to design, implement, and maintain low code solutions
  • Gather and document requirements for new and existing processes.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain integrations between applications systems
  • Automate business and IS process workflows
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions
  • Lead and track project progress with project team. This includes determining and communicating project scope, status, and timelines.
  • Champion and apply Agile and DevOps best practices to all projects and activities

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Minimal five (5) years experience supporting one or more of: SalesForce, HRIS systems, or ERPs
  • Minimal five (5) years experience gathering requirements, analyzing data, and implementing successful business solutions.
  • Experience with developing solutions in either a low code or professional/traditional code environment, preferred
  • Previous experience developing and administering role-based access controls.One (1) year experience developing solutions in a low code environment, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Epicor, UKG, SalesForce, Grand Avenue, or Concur.
  • Experience with using API's to retrieve data from or send data to applications, preferred.
  • Experience with working an Agile environment, preferred.
  • Understanding of DevOps best practices, preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams and all levels within an organization.
  • Proficiency in system analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and is self motivated to start and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
