Streamlining architecture across Omni-retail, data & backend enterprise systems Simplifying its technology & platform landscape Moving & leveraging Public Cloud (Azure, GCP) To support the above objectives, VISEO is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect, that will be able to establish a strong client facing and back-end enterprise leadership in the AMERICAS region, based on a strong partnership with the brands' key regional teams and seamless alignment with central teams. Key responsibilities:
- Omni-Retail and Back-End architecture
o Understand the client's brands business process flows & business models, and understand their current architecture setup, as to be able to provide relevant insights o Work closely with the enterprise architects and solution owners of brands (Local or HQ) to prepare strategies and define requirements, prior to development o Support client's brands in the US in adopting the architecture blueprint, especially focusing on Salesforce (Sales, Services, Commerce, Marketing), Cegid, SAP and others o Provide advanced technical consulting and advice for solutions design, system management, tuning and modification of solutions o Manage & animate the community of Omni-Retail Back-end Enterprise Architects in AMER region across the client's Maisons.
o Contribute and advocate of architecture principles, best practices, and tools defined globally by the client for the public cloud (integration, Security & IAM, monitoring, architecture patterns) o Advise and support the brands in their journey to the Public Cloud, as well as in run mode o Act as a key point of contact in AMER for the architecture/technical teams of key providers of the client.
o Contribute to the global Cloud and Data technical standards in liaison with Central team o Advise and support brands on their Data journey (organization, governance, compliance and architecture) Your profile:
Proven success and expertise in enterprise design & architecture in an international environment, of front-end & back-end solutions, with a strong practical & pragmatic experience in applying these architecture designs. 10-15 years of technology-related experience, demonstrating the capability to perform as a enterprise architect across all aspects of a technology stack including integration, data, services, front-end/backend, network, deployment, cloud, security, performance and software development Practical experience with higher-level concepts and design patterns, integration patterns and middleware Strong expertise on Cloud Platform architecture and solutions. Experience with Azure, Google, SalesForce, Cegid Experience working in a matrix environment and therefore diverse stakeholders Customer orientated with a mindset on a swift & permanent problem resolution Agile mindset and ability to multitask in a diverse environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior business and technology leaders Capacity to create and animate IT communities in own domain (Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Data) The position is based in New York and reports: Hierarchically to the AMERICAS CIO (based in NYC) Functionally to the Head of Enterprise Architecture & Data (based in Paris) and Head of Cloud & Tech foundations (based in Paris) Why become a VISEO Positive Digital Maker?
