We're seeking an exceptionally talented Founding Enterprise BDR to join our VC-backed early-stage SaaS startup. This role is critical to our immediate phase of growth and sets the stage for rapid scaling. You'll focus on identifying and engaging potential customers, supporting our founders in sales activities, field marketing, and helping to develop the essential sales playbook that will shape our long-term strategies.

* Prior experience in a sales development role, ideally in a tech or startup setting
* Skilled with CRM systems and the latest selling and prospecting tools
* Strong organizational and project management capabilities
The Role
In this role, you will:
* Research & Identify Prospects: Conduct research using our ICP definitions and the right tools, to find companies and persona targets
* Reach Out and Engage: Implement communication campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, events, community and other methods, to engage potential customers and book first meetings
* Qualify and Prepare: Triage inbound leads coming from website, events etc. using consistent criteria; and prepare the Founder(s) for the initial calls with both inbound and outbound leads
* Run Amazing 1st Calls: Coordinate and share prep materials so that the first meeting with you and the Founder goes smoothly
* Develop & Fine-Tune Sales Materials: Collaborate with the founder to produce and refine key sales materials such as pitch decks and email templates, drawing on feedback from calls and face-to-face interactions
* Coordinate Marketing Events: Help organize and execute events and webinars, managing all related logistics and follow-up activities to maximize new-lead generation
* Keep CRM Systems Up-to-Date: Rigorously update leads, notes, calls, client research to maximize progression of deals and refine future sales tactics
* Hire & Train: Identify future areas of need and assist Founder in hiring and training new GTM hires in sales, sales development and Customer Success
