Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator with at least 10 years of experience in estimating for general contractors specializing in interiors. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial office and medical space projects and be capable of bidding 10-15 projects per month, with typical project sizes ranging from $700K to $2M. The Senior Estimator will work alongside another Senior Estimator and report to the Director of Operations. The Senior Estimator - Commercial Office and Medical Interiors will have the following responsibilities:

• Bid on 10-15 commercial office and medical interior projects monthly, alongside another Senior Estimator
• Provide accurate estimates for projects, including tenant fit-outs, healthcare facilities, and common areas
• Collaborate with the project management team and other estimators to ensure successful project bids
• Use Building Connected and in-house Excel tools for estimating and project tracking
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of respect and fun

Profile

The Senior Estimator - Commercial Office and Medical Interiors will have the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of estimating experience, particularly in commercial office and medical interiors
• Proven ability to handle 10-15 bids per month with a 33% bid rate
• Strong proficiency with Building Connected and Excel (proprietary software used by the company)
• Soft skills: laid-back, diligent, respectful, and team-oriented with a family-friendly attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Offer

The Senior Estimator - Commercial Office and Medical Interiors will receive:

• Base Salary: $115K - $140K
• $500/month car allowance
• $100/month cell phone allowance
• 401(k) with 5% automatic contribution and 4% match
• Medical, Dental, and Vision (Individual and Dependent Plan)
• Discretionary bonuses
• 3 weeks of PTO
