  • Senior Estimator: We're seeking a Senior Estimator who will act as a mentor and trainer, promoting effective communication and building strong, lasting relationships both within the organization and with clients. As Bid Captains, Senior Estimators are responsible for articulating a comprehensive narrative behind their estimates, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
