Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to prepare accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.Assess potential risks and research costs to ensure accurate and reliable estimates.Maintain detailed records of estimates and project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.Provide ongoing support and updates to the project team throughout the construction process.Qualifications5+ years of experience.Proven experience with estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc).Extensive experience in construction management and estimating.Strong business acumen with the ability to assess financial implications of project decisions.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.Benefits•Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year•401(k) matching•Flexible spending account•Health, Dental, Life, Vision insurance•Paid time off•Parental leaveIf you are an experienced Estimator with Commercial GC experience, please apply today!For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
