Description

  • Oversee site activities to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a proven track record in managing custom home builds or high-end residential projects. You have excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and local regulations. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
