Independently prospect, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with clients and hotel partners to develop, propose, sell, and close programs under the guidance of the Executive Team.Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to incoming leads for group business.Craft creative proposals, contracts, and site inspection collateral tailored to specific requests.Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, including activity, restaurant, and venue suppliers.Assist in preparing and implementing the annual office sales plan, detailing revenue projections and other goals established by the Executive Team.Establish positive, lasting relationships with clients and hotels.Serve as the lead sales staff for site inspections as directed, upselling services when appropriate.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products, including pricing and descriptions.Maintain strong client relations to ensure repeat business.What We're Looking For
A minimum of three to five years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within Destination Management or hospitality.A Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills, capable of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.Proven negotiation skills.What We Offer
