Job Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant - EA to CEO is a pivotal member of the Cantex team, providing comprehensive and executive support to the CEO of Cantex. The EA will proactively manage the CEOs administrative, operational, and customer service needs while masterfully managing special projects from conception to completion. The EA will also efficiently support the executive office, in a professional, organized, and confidential manner and be the chief of staff for Administrative staff.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Seven to Ten years' experience supporting a CEO or C Level position
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* High level of Microsoft products with Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
* Demonstrates advanced communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills and collaborate effectively with other team members
* Experience in writing detailed Memos with strong accuracy and editing ability
* Event planning experience for over 200 Leaders
* Ability to effectively manage support staff and evaluate performance
* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and high emotional intelligence
* Someone who is already very organized and great with details is a must.
* Types 50+ words per minute
* Ability to read and comprehend complicated instructions and correspondence
* Experience planning for short and long term tasks and project initiatives to support the priorities and values of the company
* Ability to work with minimum supervision, set goals, create and implement action plans and monitor progress toward goals
Essential Functions:
* Provides support and professional representation for the CEO and Executive Suite
* Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner and maintains the confidentiality required of the position
* Acts as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Handle a variety of projects and correspondence in an array of disciplines, which keeps the work fast paced and ever-changing.
* Maintains the calendar for the CEO and organizes and schedule meetings and appointments involving multiple, complex calendars
* Handles arrangements for special functions related to group meetings at the Corporate Office and offsite conferences as required, to include scheduling hotels, travel, meeting space, meals and all other logistical issues related to the function within approved budgets
* Monitors the health of the organization to identify new opportunities to improve communication and work more efficiently
* Managing personal and business scheduling, travel coordination, organizational matters, and submit expense reports
* Maintains effective central filing and follow-up system
* Solves any problems that arise and coordinates the processing of all reports, information or paperwork received
* Answers the phone and takes messages in addition to handling specific situations to the satisfaction of the caller
* Set Meeting Agendas and prepares minutes as requested for Senior Leadership Meetings
* Reviews and evaluates incoming invoices and expense reports to verify accuracy before forwarding to accounts payable
* Maintains good communication and relationships with Senior Leadership Team and their respective support teams to assist with projects as necessary
* Mentors other Administrative Assistant team members as needed
