Job Description:
The Senior Executive AssistantSalary: $80K-$100K, based on experience + benefits Location: Onsite in Orlando Position Overview:The Senior Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the right-hand person to the Vice President/COO, taking on day-to-day tasks to allow the COO to focus on business growth and high-level operations. This role is ideal for a complex thinker who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage the COO's email communications. The EA will handle critical scheduling and communications with executives, making organizational decisions and solving problems on the fly. This is a key role in helping the COO personally scale his efforts to grow the company. The position is in-person at the Orlando, FL office and offers an excellent work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the COO, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Assist with setting priorities, organizing tasks, and solving complex problems independently.
  • Handle confidential information, including emails, messages, and financials, with the highest level of trust.
  • Work closely with the COO and other leadership to ensure efficient operations and communication.
  • Coordinate communication with executives and high-level contacts on behalf of the COO.
  • Support the COO's personal and professional goals by managing tasks that allow him to focus on strategic growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university (military background is a plus).
  • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally with a background in operations, business, or another related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience outside of traditional EA roles is preferred (e.g., business operations, controller, JD, CPA).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • A cultural fit with the COO and key team members, with high levels of trust and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary starts at $80k+ (negotiable based on experience).
