Job Description:
Mascoma Bank is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our growing IT team. This person will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer as we navigate through an ever-changing technological landscape. The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for effective and efficient administrative procedures including, but not limited to: oversight of the CTO's schedule of appointments and meetings, coordinating travel plans, managing monthly expenses, and overall representation of the CTO to internal and external parties. The candidate selected for this role will also be involved in strategy discussions and will provide counsel to the CTO in various areas that impact the current and future state of the business.Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of applicable experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting technology projects, working as the Executive Assistant for a CEO of a tech company, or working as the Executive Assistant for a CIO or CTO. Strong working knowledge of computer programs, office equipment, and Microsoft products is a must. Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and JIRA is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to the success of this role. This position is in a fast-paced environment with various moving parts, so the ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must!This position can be performed remotely within VT or NH, but there will be occasional travel required for on-site meetings.The communities served by Mascoma Bank consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
