We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in New York as part of our Operations function.
Your Role: You will be in the trenches with the global team problem solving one minute and then the next you are in a meeting with the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. You'll be the right hand, the gatekeeper, and the ultimate organiser for two pivotal roles: our Global Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and our EVP Money20/20 USA. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves juggling high-stake tasks that span geographies across the globe with finesse and bringing your A-game to every challenge.
Key Responsibilities
* Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Anticipate and address issues before they become roadblocks.
* Liaison Leader: Communicate with customers, suppliers, senior management, and employees with an approachable and can-do attitude, always coming from a professional and empathetic approach.
* Showtime Extraordinaire: When it's go time, you're the maestro on site. Be one step ahead on-site. Manage schedules, emotions, and timings of our exec team as they power through long days, media interviews, customer interactions, and so much more.
* Calendar Mastery: Full calendar management with heavy scheduling of meetings and calls across multiple calendars and time zones.
* Keeper of Secrets: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
* Inbox Magician: Manage executive inboxes and emails with precision ensuring that leadership responds and focuses on only the most important emails.
* Communication Dynamo: Be the voice and ears of your executives, handling correspondence with flair and professionalism.
* Presentation Pro: As a partner to your executives, assist in preparation of presentations, sheets, and documents to be shared for large group meetings.
* Minutes Maven: Where and when required, take minutes and actions in meetings, provide agendas in advance, follow up on outstanding actions, and offer support where needed.
* Event Organiser: Coordinate in partnership with the operations team company events in line with business requirements, including strategy days and social events.
* Travel Guru: Using our booking agency, arrange complex worldwide travel with ease.
* Admin Ace: Handle weekly admin tasks, like booking desks and meeting rooms for the teams onsite and any other tasks that might arise.
* Expense Champion: Manage and complete expense claims promptly
Your Experience
* You have worked directly for and with executive level leaders with executive level expectations. You've been around the block with a proven track record as a Senior Executive Assistant or senior role in operations.
* Organisational mastery, stellar communication, and proficiency in office systems (Google, MS Office, ERP systems).
* A blend of professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

Ascential anticipates in good faith that the position shall be compensated at a base salary no lower than the posted minimum and no higher than the posted maximum. Each candidate's actual salary will be a function of the candidate's qualifications, the locally competitive market rate and will be consistent with Ascential's internal approach to base salary compensation.
