Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive Recruiter for TGC Search, the Executive Search or Permanent Placement Division of the TemPositions Group of Companies, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent, new business development, and building strong relationships with new and existing client companies. This key role applies sourcing and sales strategies to identify and engage current and prospective clients, inspiring them to select TGC Search as their staffing & solutions vendor. This position demands a balance of drive and commitment, exemplary interpersonal skills, and a win-win mindset.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Generate sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and direct contact.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to encourage them to utilize our professional staffing services and project solutions.
  • Negotiate with clients to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
  • Manage these relationships throughout the assignment to expand TGC Search presence within your existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with your TGC Search colleagues to facilitate the placement process, which may include the presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation, debriefing, and salary negotiation.

Recruiting Top Talent

  • Network and source to identify and recruit the top talent in the marketplace.
  • Interview top-tier professionals.
  • Conduct in-person interviews, recruiting and placing top-tier professionals in direct hire positions.
  • Match candidates to clients successfully.
  • Create candidate profiles.
  • Create company profiles and conduct pre-selling of staffing solutions.
  • Provide management and career counseling to prospective and current assignment and direct hire candidates.
  • Obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships, continuously improving the quality of service and increasing profitability.

Skills, Education, & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of producing $300K+ in gross profit/gross margin.
  • Ability to build high-level relationships with professionals up to C-level client contacts.
  • Self-motivated and possesses a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.
  • Strong desire to succeed, results-oriented.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
