The Senior Field Sales Service Manager plays a crucial role within the organization. The Senior Field Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales within specified territory to achieve total revenue and profit goals. This includes cultivating new customers, selling service product agreements, and expanding business with existing customers. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently to drive the sales within the geographic area assignment. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate innovation. In addition to generating sales within a territory/market area, the Sr. Field Sales Service Manager will support the development of strategic and tactical programs conducive to increasing Hobart's service presence, penetration, and competitive share in the U.S. market that will drive profitability. The Sr. Field Sales Service Manager will have the responsibility of coaching, mentoring, and developing Field Sales Service Managers. Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES These are the most significant job duties performed. - ACTION ORIENTED: Manage accounts, contacts, opportunities, and other required critical information in CRM on a consistent and timely basis. Recommend solutions to win new business and maintain service contract renewal business through customized programs that will enhance profitability. Lead gathering and presentation of analytic information needed to support key regional contract renewals.Achieve or surpass a targeted sales plan. District targets include growth with specific 80 customers and anchor products as well as growth in target segments.
- BUSINESS INSIGHT: Develop strategies and training to assist District Managers, Inside Sales Agents and Field Sales Service Managers with data analytics and lead generation to drive organic revenue growth. Also, identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- BUILDING NETWORKS: Partner closely with internal and external partners, including Inside Sales, Service Equipment Dealers, National Account Managers, and Territory Sales Managers to drive enterprise revenue growth.Coordinate with Field Service Leaders, including Branch and Service Contractor agents, in the effort of delivering positive customer satisfaction with contract customers.Represent Hobart Service on various projects and presentations, including managing and attending customer events and trade shows.
- STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Create and support Field and Inside Sales LRP and AOP financial planning and forecasting. Leverage the ITW segmentation process to prioritize resources & effort to deliver growth.
- DEVELOP TALENT: Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to support account management and business development efforts though the development of sales approaches while supporting the onboarding development of Field Sales Managers.
- DELIVER RESULTS: Collaborate with all levels of National Account Manager (s) to lead GPO and Facility Management segments field sales organic growth strategy & resources, leveraging hybrid sales models.

- BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field of study
- At least 7 years extensive sales experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
