Job Overview - Senior Finance Associate:

An investment firm with a focus on healthcare, software, and technology-based services, is looking for a Senior Finance Associate. The position offers extensive exposure and growth within a private equity environment and requires a dedicated professional to join their finance team in Greenwich, CT.

Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000/year plus bonus.

Location: Greenwich, CT

Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Associate:

• Oversee quarterly reporting and review workpapers prepared by the fund administrator.
• Review financial statements and tax returns, leading respective processes.
• Manage the preparation/review of Management Company financial statements and budgeting.
• Assist with quarterly valuation templates, deal-closing procedures, and portfolio monitoring.
• Assist with operational procedures and compliance filings.
• Participate in committee meetings.

Requirements for the Senior Finance Associate:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in the finance and accounting sectors.
• Experience in private equity required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• QuickBooks
