Senior Financial Analyst | Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a midsize manufacturer near Lynn, IN looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This role will report to the head of finance, is open due to growth, and will have fantastic room for growth and professional development within FP&A as well as accounting, if interested. A background in FP&A with a few years' experience, ideally in manufacturing, and a collaborative attitude will be key here.

Responsibilities:

• Variance analysis
• Budgeting
• Some presentation of Data to Executives
• Some assistance with Various Financial Statements
• Financial Reporting
• Reconciliations
• Data Analysis & Verification
• Communication with Various Department Heads
• Dashboard Creation
• KPI Management and Creation
• Manipulate large amounts of data to presentable format for ad hoc projects & reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
• 3+ years' financial analyst experience required
• CPA preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Foundation in big 4 public audit preferred
