Tracking, booking, and analyzing all customer rebates and billbacks for core customers in the United States. This individual will develop expertise in how CPG businesses monitor and assess customer success.Conducting detailed reviews of proposed deals for new customer onboarding, and driving the steps needed to consistently track and report profitability using our business analytics tools.Providing monthly profitability reports to Directors and C-Suite executives.Implementing a monthly reporting process to cover all variances between the planned budget and actuals related to customer profitability.Performing additional modeling and analysis related to FP&A activities, including freight and distribution costs, proposed price increases, and overall business operations.Collaborating closely with teams based in both the US and international HQ.Profile
5+ years of finance / FP&A related experience in the CPG industry (preferably food and beverage).Commercial Finance experience.Strong Excel and modeling skills.Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with fast-paced decision-making.Approaches problems quickly with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.Excited to find solutions to issues, both immediate and long-term.Enjoys building effective partnerships and relationships that drive brand growth.Capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing cost-effective technology solutions.Desires to be part of a diverse team that challenges market norms through agility, hard work, and creativity.Job Offer
