The Job:

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, NA Outdoor Distribution youll be part of our Americas Supply Chain Finance Team team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to:

• Month End Close: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial statements and related reports.
• GLI Transactions & Assignment: Manage general ledger transactions and assignments, ensuring proper coding and classification of financial data.
• In-transit Reconciliation: Perform in-transit reconciliation to ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory movements.
• Recurring JEs / PEI Calc: Prepare and review recurring journal entries and perform periodic expense and income calculations.
• BS Recon Completion: Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Fixed Asset Support: Provide support in fixed asset management, including FAR preparation, project set up and tracking, fixed asset creation in A4K, and asset audits.
• Inventory Support: Assist in inventory management activities, including E&O support, inventory reporting for the operations team, and API support.
• Costing Activities: Update new part costs and POHD valuation, execute and report annual cost rolls, and provide costing support as needed.
• Distribution Center Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports related to distribution center operations, identifying and explaining variances.
• Variance Analysis and Research: Conduct variance analysis, investigate and explain any significant deviations from budget or forecast.
• Ad Hoc Reporting / Tasks: Generate ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management or other stakeholders. Support Outdoor integration projects.

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
