Sr. Financial Analyst - Denver, COThe Sr. Financial Analyst role on the Technology finance team is responsible for management, coordination of financial plans, forecasts, and ad-hoc reporting for various Technology teams.RoleResponsibilities:
- Own and prepare annual financial plans and quarterly forecast deliverables.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close variance analysis for key executive management.
- Provide management with transparent, key financial data, trend information monthly as well as additional ad-hoc analysis on an as-needed basis.
- Create strong business partner relationships with key stakeholders/budget owners.
- Manage expenses such as on-premise & cloud hosting, network, multi-year sourced labor agreements, Software as a Service agreements, maintenance & support costs, capital investments, and capitalized labor.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to business partners to help them make informed business decisions.
- Business case tracking for multi-year projects.Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience and/or business analysis experience.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Essbase, Oracle.
- Excellent business partnering skills with a focus on consulting and influencing mindset with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent business judgment and self-starter capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.
- Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully.SalaryThe on-target earnings range is $87,000-121,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
