Providence is calling a Senior Financial Analyst who will:

• Serve as a member of the shared service team
• Support local ministry teams by providing analytical support regarding the ministry's financial performance
• Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
• Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses
• Review and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and propose changes to reconcile as needed
• Apply advanced knowledge and skills
• Perform difficult and complex tasks
• Provide guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts
• Support larger and/or more complex service area teams

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of analytical and business experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or another related field of study
• 2+ years of healthcare related experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
