As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to optimize financial procedures and drive the company's growth initiatives.What You Will Do:Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
    • Prepare comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management to drive business performance.Financial Reporting:
      • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
      • Provide variance analysis and explanations for financial results to support management decision-making.
      • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings and board discussions.Budgeting and Forecasting:
        • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
        • Track actual financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
        • Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and scenario analysis.Financial Planning & Analysis:
          • Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and cost optimization projects.
          • Evaluate investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis to support decision-making.
          • Assist in the development of business cases and financial justification for new projects.Ad hoc Analysis and Special Projects:
            • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management.
            • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.What We're Looking For:
              • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
              • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting roles.
              • Experience in the software consultancy or IT services industry is highly desirable but not required.
              • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
              • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills are required. Experience with financial software and tools such as Tableau, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
              • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
              • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
              • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
